When you contact us or use Operilon, we may collect your name, email address, company, role, message, account information, and any other information you choose to share.

If you choose to receive SMS notifications, we collect the mobile number you provide, your opt-in and opt-out choices, consent timestamps, and message delivery or reply information needed to operate the messaging program.

Our hosting and server logs may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information. The public site stores your selected appearance preference in local storage.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested product information, operate and secure Operilon, deliver requested account and workflow notifications, debug issues, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile numbers provided for the Operilon SMS program are used only to notify recipients that secure information is available in Operilon. SMS messages do not describe the underlying notification. We do not use SMS opt-in information for unrelated advertising.

We do not sell personal information or intentionally use Operilon information for third-party advertising profiles.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to messaging, telecommunications, hosting, security, and support providers solely as needed to deliver and operate the SMS program, or when disclosure is required by law. Those operational disclosures do not permit a provider to use your SMS consent for its own marketing.

We may use providers such as Firebase and Google to host, operate, and secure Operilon, and a messaging provider to deliver requested SMS notifications. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction.

SMS notifications are optional. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an Operilon message or by turning off SMS in your Operilon Profile. For assistance, reply HELP or email info@operilon.com. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

We retain information as needed to respond to requests, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. No internet-based system is perfectly secure.
