These terms form an agreement between you and Altavine Technologies, LLC, the company that operates Operilon.com. By accessing Operilon, you agree to these terms.

Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, interfere with the site, submit harmful content, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activity.

Operilon SMS Notifications is an optional transactional messaging program operated by Altavine Technologies, LLC. When you enter a mobile number, check the SMS opt-in box, and save your preferences, you agree to receive recurring text messages notifying you that secure information is available in Operilon. Messages may include a link to Operilon but do not describe the underlying notification.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create or use an Operilon account.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an Operilon text or by turning off SMS in your Operilon Profile. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or email info@operilon.com.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device availability. Review the Operilon Privacy Policy for information about how mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled.

The site text, graphics, logos, and layouts belong to Altavine or are used with permission. Third-party services and links may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We may change or pause the public site at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided as-is without warranties, and Altavine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site.
